Fast to load. Hard to ignore.
A local business website has about three seconds to prove it is the right call. We build sites that load almost instantly, say the right thing immediately, and are structured so search engines can read them.

A slow site is an expensive site.
Speed is not a vanity score. It decides how many people stay long enough to read your offer, and it feeds directly into what you pay for every paid click that lands on the page.
- Every second of load time costs you a slice of the visitors you already paid for
- Page experience is a ranking input, and a weak landing page raises your ad costs
- Emergency searches happen on phones, on bad signal, in a hurry
- Fast pages make everything downstream cheaper - ads, SEO, and remarketing
- Visitors leave before the offer loads
- Weak landing pages raise ad costs
- Plugin updates break the layout
- Traffic spikes take the site down
- Pages render before the thumb moves
- Cheaper clicks from the same budget
- Nothing to update, nothing to break
- A storm week costs you nothing extra
Six things every build has to do.
Design taste is table stakes. These are the parts that decide whether the site earns its keep.
Fast By Construction
Static pages served from a CDN, images optimised at build time, and almost no client-side JavaScript. Not a heavy page theme we tried to speed up afterwards.
Talk to usDesigned To Convert
One clear offer per page, calls to action a stranger cannot miss, and the trust signals - reviews, licences, real photos - that get a phone number handed over.
Talk to usSearch-Ready At Launch
Clean heading structure, schema markup, per-page metadata, sitemap, and location pages built in from the start rather than bolted on by an SEO plugin later.
Talk to usGenuinely Mobile-First
Designed at 360px and scaled up, because that is where most of your traffic and nearly all of your emergency calls come from.
Talk to usAccessible By Default
Real contrast, keyboard navigation, focus states, and proper labels. It widens your audience, and it is the same work that keeps you out of a demand letter.
Talk to usWired To Your Systems
Forms, call tracking, analytics, and CRM handoff connected on day one, so the site feeds the lead dashboard instead of sending an email nobody reads.

Structure, then design, then build.
Four stages, each with a sign-off, so nobody is guessing what happens next or waiting on a surprise.
- Discovery
Offer & Structure
We map what you sell, who you sell it to, and which pages have to exist to catch the searches worth catching. Sitemap and page goals agreed before any design work.
- Design
Home Page First
We design the home page and one interior template, get them signed off, then apply the system to the rest. Fewer rounds, no surprises at page fourteen.
- Build
Content & Code
Copywriting and photography where you need it, then the build itself: fast, accessible, marked up for search, and tested on real devices.
- Launch
Ship & Maintain
Redirects mapped, analytics verified, and monitoring on. Then ongoing hosting, updates, and monthly changes so the site does not rot the week after launch.
No line items bolted on afterwards.
The things some shops quote as extras are simply part of the build here, because a site without them does not work.
- Copywriting for every page, written from an interview with you
- On-location photography where the page needs it
- Schema markup, per-page metadata, sitemap, and redirect mapping
- Location pages for each town you serve, wired into the navigation
- Forms, call tracking, and analytics connected to your lead dashboard
- Hosting, monitoring, backups, and monthly content changes
Timeline, ownership, and upkeep.
What owners actually want to know before signing off on a build.
Scope & Timeline
How long does a website take?
A focused local service site is typically four to six weeks from kickoff to launch. The variable is almost never the build - it is how quickly content, photos, and approvals come back from your side.
Do you write the copy?
Yes, included. We interview you, write the pages, and you review. Handing a client a blank content template is how sites stall for six months.
What about photos?
We photograph on location across Apple Valley, Lakeville, Burnsville, Eagan & the south metro. Real photos of your team and your work outperform stock, and they are the same assets we then use for ads and social.
Can you redesign my existing site instead?
Sometimes. If the platform is fast and the structure is sound, a redesign is cheaper. If it is a page-builder theme carrying forty plugins, rebuilding is usually less work than fixing it - we will show you the audit either way.
Ownership & Upkeep
Do I own the website?
Yes. You own the domain, the content, and the code. If you ever leave, we hand over the repository and help your next developer get running.
What does hosting and maintenance cost?
Hosting on our stack is inexpensive because the site is static. Monthly maintenance covers updates, backups, uptime monitoring, small content changes, and analytics reporting. We quote it flat, on the strategy call.
Can I edit pages myself?
We can wire in an editor for the sections you will genuinely touch - staff, services, blog posts, hours. In practice most owners would rather send us a note than log in, so we include monthly change requests either way.
What happens if my traffic spikes?
Nothing. Static pages served from a CDN handle a viral post or a storm week without you paying for a bigger server or watching the site fall over during your busiest day.
