Ads that buy booked jobs, not clicks.
Anyone can spend your budget. We build the tracking first, start narrow on the searches that already carry buying intent, then widen only once the cost per booked job holds up.

Most ad reports measure the wrong thing.
Impressions, clicks, and click-through rate all go up when you spend more. None of them tell you whether the phone rang. We report on the two numbers that decide whether the campaign is worth running.
- Cost per lead, split by campaign and by service
- Cost per booked job, once your close rate is wired in
- Search terms that spent money and produced nothing
- Lead quality flagged from the dashboard, not guessed at
- Impressions
- Click-through rate
- Average position
- “Conversions” counting page views
- Cost per lead
- Cost per booked job
- Wasted spend removed
- Calls over 60 seconds
Built in the order that protects your budget.
Not every account needs all six. We start where the intent already exists and add the rest once it is earning.
Search Campaigns
The core of nearly every local account. Tight keyword themes around ready-to-buy intent, aggressive negative keyword lists, and ad copy written for the job you actually want.
Talk to usLocal Services Ads
Where they exist for your trade, LSAs sit above everything else and bill per lead. We handle the licence and insurance verification, then manage disputes on bad leads.
Talk to usPerformance Max
Used carefully and only once search is working, with asset groups and audience signals we control. Never as a lazy substitute for a properly structured account.
Talk to usRemarketing
The quote-seekers who did not call the first time. Display and social sequences that stay in front of them for the two weeks it takes most people to decide.
Talk to usLanding Pages
Purpose-built pages per campaign, not your homepage. One offer, one form, fast load, and the proof a stranger needs before handing over a phone number.
Talk to usCall & Form Tracking
Dynamic number insertion, call recording where legal, and form attribution wired back to the campaign and keyword. Without this you are optimising blind.

Track, launch narrow, cut waste, then scale.
The order matters more than the tactics. Scaling an untracked account is just spending faster.
- Build
Account & Tracking
Conversion tracking first, campaigns second. We set up call tracking, form goals, and offline import so a booked job can be traced back to the keyword that bought it.
- Launch
Start Narrow
We open on your highest-intent, highest-margin services in your tightest geography. Cheaper to learn on a small surface than to burn budget across everything.
- Optimize
Cut & Double Down
Weekly search term review, negative keyword pruning, bid and budget shifts, and creative tests. The waste comes out before the budget goes up.
- Scale
Widen The Net
Once cost per booked job is stable, we expand geography, add services, and layer remarketing and Performance Max on top of a foundation that already works.
What you get for the management fee.
Flat monthly, no percentage of spend, no charge for the pages or the tracking work.

- Campaign build or full restructure of the account you already have
- Ad copy written and tested, with three variants live per ad group
- Campaign-specific landing pages designed and built
- Weekly search term review and negative keyword pruning
- Monthly report plus a call, in plain English, with what changes next
Budget, ownership, and what to expect.
The questions worth asking any agency before you hand over a card.
Budget & Results
What should I budget for Google Ads?
For most local service businesses in the south metro, a meaningful test starts around $1,500 to $2,500 a month in ad spend, plus management. Below that the data comes in too slowly to optimise against. We will tell you on the call if your market needs more or less.
Is the ad spend separate from your fee?
Yes. Ad spend is billed by Google directly to your card, so you own the account and you can see every dollar. Our management fee is separate and flat - we do not take a percentage of spend, because that rewards us for spending more of your money.
How fast will I see leads?
Search campaigns usually produce their first calls within days of launch. The first 30 to 60 days are about cutting waste, not scaling: expect cost per lead to fall over that period rather than lead volume to spike.
What do you actually report on?
Cost per lead, cost per booked job, lead quality by campaign, and the search terms that spent money without producing anything. Impressions and click-through rate are in the report, but they are not the scoreboard.
Working Together
Who owns the ad account?
You do. We build in your own Google Ads account, or take over the one you have. If we ever part ways, the account, the history, and the conversion data stay with you.
Can you take over an existing account?
Often, yes - and there is usually a fast win in the search term report. We audit it first and tell you honestly whether it is worth restructuring or rebuilding.
Do I need a new landing page?
Usually. Sending paid traffic to a homepage is the single most common reason a decent campaign underperforms. We build campaign-specific pages as part of the engagement.
Do you run Meta ads too?
Yes. Search captures people already looking; Meta creates demand and keeps you in front of Twin Cities homeowners between jobs. Most accounts eventually run both, but we start where the intent already exists.
Your competition is already ranking.
