Lead Management Dashboard

Every lead, review, and post in one place.

Most local businesses run their marketing across five tabs, two inboxes, and a notebook. This is the one screen that replaces them - and the automations that handle the follow-up you keep meaning to get to.

  • Site analytics tied to actual leads, not sessions
  • Every form fill and tracked call in one inbox
  • Review requests that send themselves after each job
  • A month of social posts queued and approved from your phone
  • 4Modules, one login
  • 60sLead alert target
  • 1Monthly review call
  • YoursData and accounts
One Login

Everything that matters, on one screen.

Four modules, one dashboard. Click through to see what lands in your inbox instead of four separate tools and a spreadsheet.

Module 01

Site analytics that answer the only question you have.

Not how many sessions you had. Whether the money you spent last month turned into work, and which channel is worth more of it. We wire the site, ad accounts, Business Profile, and call tracking into a single view.

  • Traffic, calls, and form fills in one place, each attributed to its source
  • Cost per lead by channel, updated daily rather than at month end
  • The pages and search terms that produce booked work, not just clicks
  • A monthly summary in plain English - what moved, what we changed, what's next

Module 02

Every enquiry in one inbox, answered in minutes.

The biggest lever in local lead generation is not the ad - it is how fast someone replies. A lead that waits an hour has usually already called your competitor. So the dashboard's job is to make ignoring one difficult.

  • Forms, tracked calls, and chat land in a single queue
  • Text and email alert within a minute of a submission
  • Automatic follow-up if nobody has responded, so nothing goes cold
  • Status tracked from new through to booked, with the source attached
  • Pushed into your CRM, or run straight from the dashboard if you have none

Module 03

Reviews that arrive without you asking for them.

Review volume and recency drive the map pack, and they are the first thing a stranger checks. Almost nobody asks consistently, because asking is awkward and easy to forget on a Friday afternoon. So we take it off your plate entirely.

  • Request texted automatically once a job is marked complete
  • One reminder at 48 hours, then it stops - no nagging your customers
  • Every platform's reviews in one feed instead of four dashboards
  • Replies drafted for you and posted the moment you approve them
  • Anything under four stars flagged to you before it sits public for a week

Module 04

A month of social, planned in one sitting.

Posting consistently is not hard because writing is hard. It is hard because it is a daily decision nobody has time to make. Batch the decision once a month and the problem disappears.

  • One planning session covers the whole month
  • Queue across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and your Business Profile
  • Approve, edit, or reschedule from your phone in a couple of minutes
  • Posts land at the right time for each platform without you setting alarms
  • Everything reuses the photos and copy already made for your ads and website

Getting Set Up

Connected in a week or two, not a quarter.

We do the wiring. You need to hand over access and tell us who should be alerted when a lead comes in.

  1. Connect

    Plug In What You Run

Website forms, tracked phone numbers, Google Business Profile, your ad accounts, and your social pages. If you already have a CRM, it stays the system of record.

  2. Configure

    Set The Rules

Who gets alerted and how fast, which job statuses trigger a review request, what your follow-up sequence says, and which posts need approval before they publish.

  3. Handover

    Train The Team

A short session with whoever answers the phone, plus a one-page reference. It has to be usable by the person on the truck, not just the owner.

  4. Run

    Watch It Work

We monitor the automations, keep the integrations alive, and walk you through the numbers on a monthly call. You just answer the leads.

Dashboard Questions

Access, automation, and who owns what.

The practical questions owners ask before letting anything touch their customers.

Setup & Access

Is this a separate product I have to buy?

It is the reporting and automation layer we run on top of the work we already do for you. It is configured per client on tooling we manage, and quoted flat on the strategy call - there is no per-seat pricing and no separate software contract for you to sign.

Do I have to replace my CRM?

No. If you run ServiceTitan, Jobber, HouseCall Pro, HubSpot, or a spreadsheet that works, that stays the system of record. The dashboard sits in front of it and pushes leads into it. We only set up something new when you genuinely have nothing.

Who can see it?

You decide. Most clients give the owner full access, the office manager the leads and reviews modules, and nobody else a login at all. Access is per person, and it is revoked the day someone leaves.

How long does setup take?

Usually one to two weeks once we have access to your accounts. Call tracking numbers need a short porting window, and Business Profile access sometimes waits on Google, which is the most common hold-up.

Automation & Data

Will the review automation text my customers without me knowing?

It sends on the trigger you set - typically two hours after a job is marked complete - and it stops after one reminder. You can exclude any customer, and you can switch a job out of the sequence with one tap if the visit did not go well.

Do you write the review replies for me?

We draft them. Nothing posts without a human approving it, because a wrong-sounding reply on a public review costs more than a slow one. Most owners approve a week of replies in about two minutes.

Can I schedule social posts myself?

Yes. Most Twin Cities owners let us plan and queue the month and just approve from their phone, but the scheduler is yours to post from whenever you want to add something from a jobsite.

Who owns the data?

You do. Leads, call recordings, review history, and analytics are exportable at any time, and the ad and Business Profile accounts are always in your name. If we part ways you keep all of it.
